András Benyák started sports at the age of 6. Between the ages of 14 and 33 he was a member of the Hungarian national diving team. A holder of several national champion titles, he began working with beginners and young divers in 1980. Since 1987, he has been the coach of the national team. Along with that work, he is also happy to participate in organising leisure sporting events for adults. Generalising from his experience in the field of competitive sports, he works successfully with competitors in other fields (aerobic, pentathlon, wakeboard, fencing, stuntmen...). He has been thinking and planning a professional future in close cooperation with Iván Angelus since 1994.
Qualifications: Eötvös Loránd University, faculties of geography and physical education, 1981-1986, University of Physical Education, 1985-1990. Qualified as an instructor in diving, gymnastics and swimming. NLP master level. Present posts: Olympic consultant of the Hungarian National Diving Team, Head of the Diving and Synchronised Swimming Section of BVSC, one of the largest sports clubs in Hungary, Chairman of the Laguna Diving and Leisure Sports Society, specialist consultant of the University of Physical Education.
