Attila Tolnai is a certified therapeutic masseur, massage therapist. He has been working with massage and other „touch” therapies for 20 years.

As a therapeutic masseur he treats and provides rehabilitation for motor problems of varied severity and history, e.g. frozen shoulders, sciatica, arthritic and rheumatic ailments, lumbago, slipped discs, PHS, worn cartilage and orthopaedic disorders.
The majority of those problems can be effectively treated using therapeutic massage, movement and physiotherapeutic exercises that can be practiced at home.
During treatment, contractions (reduced movement in joints) can be alleviated gradually, muscles are relaxed and recovery after inflammations is aided so that the burdened joints are released from the excessive loads and may regain their original functionality.
In case of chronic problems, a medical diagnosis and recommendation or the recommendation of a physiotherapist is required.
